藝術品相關問題

1.  網頁中標明的尺寸為何?

網頁中的作品尺寸為藝術品的尺寸,不包含畫框的尺寸。如果需求明確的含框尺寸可以聯繫LiLY H ART GALLERY,我們會儘快回覆您。

2. 藝術品有含畫框嗎?

網站上包含已完成裱框和未裱框的藝術作品,在作品圖片及資訊位置標明。已完成的裱框皆由藝術家親自挑選裝裱完成。如需裱框,可以自行裱框或者聯繫我們代為協助完成。

3. 藝術品維護事項

3.1 建議藝術作品懸掛於室內以保持通風。

3.2 建議將藝術作品置放於攝氏20至25度以及濕度35至45的環境當中。

3.3 藝術作品避免走動處造成碰撞。                                           

3.4 請勿觸摸藝術品。                                                       

3.5避免陽光直接照射畫作。

線上訂購相關問題

  1. 線上訂購流程為何?

1.1  進入藝術品商品頁面,點擊【加入購物車】。

1.2 確認藝術品數量與金額,輸入收件地址,系統會更新運費計算,點擊【前往結帳】按鈕進行結帳。

1.3 再次輸入完整收件資訊,並確認收件資料、金額、運送方式。選擇結帳方式(銀行轉帳、PAYPAL、綠界科技EC PAY),點【下單購買】按鈕。

1.4 交易完成。您會收到LiLY H ART GALLERY訂購或付款確認通知信,並且會有專人與您聯繫。

2. 是否為直接藝術家購買?

是的!所有藝術作品皆為來自藝術家工作室,為藝術家劉麗的藝術原創作品。購買也會附上藝術作品原作保證書。

3. 購買藝術品前可否看實體藝術作品以及確認藝術作品狀態呢?

可以,歡迎與LiLY H ART GALLERY聯繫預約時間,我們會儘快為您安排鑑賞喜愛的藝術品。

4. 我已經完成付款,需要告知畫廊已經付款成功了嗎?

選擇 ATM轉帳/匯款/信用卡完成付款後,請務必告知客服Email/ FB messager(網頁右下方) 告知訂單編號和轉出帳號五碼,我們會儘速為您核帳,並準備出貨。請注意送出訂單後,匯款期限為ㄧ~五工作天內,畫廊僅將作品為您保留五工作天,若您五工作天內未付款即視為放棄訂單,系統將自動取消!

5. 我想購買的藝術作品沒有在購物頁面上怎麼辦?

可以透過線上客服聯絡LiLY H ART GALLERY確認藝術品,我們會協助您購買心儀的藝術作品。

貨運以及運費相關問題

1.  購買藝術品是否需要額外運費?

台灣本島地區目前適用免運費優惠方案。海外買家則每筆訂單藝術作品的運費於購物車結帳過程換算。每筆訂單運費隨作品體積、重量加重,以搭配物流提供之級距上加。

2. 購買的作品何時可以收到呢?

運送時間預計於付款後1~15天內送達,惟仍將視作品本身、作品的所在地與運送地區而定,可能於15天內提前送達。訂單確認後,將由專人3工作天內與您以電話或E-MAIL聯繫專屬出貨時程。若有特別情況,工作人員將另以電子郵件通知說明。

通過綠界科技( 3DS 2.0 新一代的交易安全驗證) 和PayPal 進行信用卡加密安全交易。買家使用PayPal可使用信用卡、扣帳卡、銀行帳戶或 PayPal 餘額支付購物款項,無手續費,無需註冊Paypal帳號。

退換貨方式

藝術作品基於其年代或創作材料性質,可能未能有嶄新之狀況,或是畫布邊緣帶有自然筆觸等創作痕跡,購買前請了解藝術品原作性質。

在LiLY H ART GALLERY網站購買之藝術品提供7天之鑑賞期,在收到商品7天內,如不符合需求請將作品寄回給我們,藝術作品務必保持交貨時狀態,則購買金額將全額退還。但若在買方持有藝術品之期間造成藝術品損壞、瑕疵,則無法提供退貨、退款之服務,該責任由買方負責。

退換貨請確保包裝完整,LiLY H ART GALLERY可對作品完整性進行檢查,以確認是否符合退換貨條件。需退貨之藝術品,須聯繫LiLY H ART GALLERY後,由買方以原包裝自付運費寄回,自LiLY H ART GALLERY確認作品狀態、至退款程序完成約需7~14天作業時間。

Artwork Issues

1. What is the size indicated on the webpage?

The size on the webpage is the size of the artwork, excluding the size of the frame. If you need a clear frame size, you can contact LiLY H ART GALLERY, we will reply you as soon as possible.

2. Does the artwork contain a frame?

The website contains completed framed and unframed works of art, which are indicated in the picture and information. All finished frames are selected and mounted by the artist. If you need to mount the frame, you can mount the frame yourself or contact us for assistance.

3. Artwork Maintenance Methods

3.1 It is recommended that artworks be hung indoors to keep ventilation.

3.2 It is recommended to place the artwork in an environment with a temperature of 20 to 25 degrees Celsius and a humidity of 35 to 45 degrees.

3.3 Artworks should avoid collisions caused by moving around. 

3.4 Do not touch the artwork. 

3.5 Avoid direct sunlight to the paintings.

Ordering Issues

  1. What is the online ordering process?

1.1 Enter the artwork product page and click [ Add to shopping cart ].

1.2 Confirm the quantity and amount, enter the receiving address, the system will update the commodity calculation, and click the [ Checkout ] button to proceed to checkout.

1.3 Enter the complete receiving information again, and confirm the receiving information, amount, and shipping method. Select the checkout method (bank transfer, PAYPAL, EC PAY), and click the [ Order ] button.

1.4 The transaction is completed. You will receive the LiLY H ART GALLERY order or payment confirmation letter, and LiLY H ART GALLERY will contact you.

2. Do I buy the original artwork from the artist’s studio?

Yes it is! All artworks are from the artist’s studio and are all original works of artist Liu Li. The purchase will also be accompanied by a warranty for the original artwork.

3. Can I make an appointment to inspect the artwork before purchasing the artwork?

Yes, please contact LiLY H ART GALLERY to make an appointment. We will arrange for you to your artworks as soon as possible.

4. Do I need to inform the gallery that the payment has been successful?

After you complete the payment, please be sure to inform the customer service Via Email/FB messager (bottom right of the page)  inform the order number, we will conform payment, and prepare to ship. 

5. What should I do if the artwork I want to buy is not on the shopping page?

You can contact LiLY H ART GALLERY to confirm the artwork through online customer service, and we will help you purchase your favorite artwork.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING​

1. Is there an extra shipping fee for buying artwork?

Free shipping is currently applicable to Taiwan’s main island area. For overseas buyers, the shipping cost for each order of artwork is converted in the shopping cart checkout process. The shipping cost of each order increases with the volume and weight of the work, and is added to the level provided by the logistics.

2. When can I receive the purchased works?

The delivery time is expected within 1-15 days after payment. After the order is confirmed, LiLY H ART GALLERY will contact you by E-MAIL within 3 working days for the exclusive shipping schedule. If there are special circumstances, the staff will notify the explanation by email.

Returns

The artwork may not have a brand-new condition based on its age or the status of the creative material, or the edge of the canvas may have creative traces such as brushstrokes. Please understand the status of the original artwork before purchasing.

The artwork purchased on the LiLY H ART GALLERY website provides a 7-day appreciation period. Within 7 days of receiving the product, if it does not meet the requirements, please send the artwork back to us. The artwork must remain in the delivery state, and the purchase amount will be Full refund. However, if the artwork is damaged or defective while the buyer is holding the artwork, the return or refund service cannot be provided, and the buyer is responsible for the responsibility.

Please ensure that the packaging is complete for the return. LiLY H ART GALLERY will check the work to confirm whether it meets the conditions for return and exchange. Artworks need to be returned must be contacted by LiLY H ART GALLERY and sent back by the buyer in the original packaging at the freight. It will take about 7 to 14 days from LiLY H ART GALLERY to confirm the status of the works and the completion of the refund procedure.
